| Prepare now for the 2027 New Jersey Civil Service Promotional Exam for the ranks of Lieutenant and Captain. This comprehensive preparation program is designed to give candidates a structured, long-term study plan with immediate access to online materials, live virtual instruction, course companion guides, and scheduled in-person evening classes at our Toms River Training Center. Captain candidates will also receive dedicated preparation for the Captain's Oral Board, including two instructor-led coaching sessions.
Toms River Cohort – Limited to 24 Candidates
- Enrollment in the Toms River cohort includes access to the full promotional exam online course plus attendance at the scheduled in-person classroom lectures.
- Because classroom capacity is limited, only 24 candidates will be accepted into the Toms River in-person cohort.
