Presentation Overview: The Ideal Team Player Join us for an inspiring and practical conversation with Corey Chambas, CEO of First Business Financial Services, as he shares insights from "The Ideal Team Player" by Patrick Lencioni. This session will explore the three essential virtues that define high-performing, collaborative teams — and how First Business Bank applies them to strengthen their culture and success. Corey will share the core attributes of an ideal team player: “Humble, Hungry, and People Smart” along with practical ways to develop these qualities in yourself and your team.
Each attendee will receive a copy of the book along with valuable insights on how First Business Bank has leveraged this framework to cultivate a high-performing, values-driven culture.

We also adjusted the timing slightly to allow speakers to utilize the full hour for their presentation. Open networking will be scheduled from 11:00 am - 11:45 am at which point, we will get seated for a prompt start time.
