Tire modelling: Accurate. Easy. Fast.

Join us to see it happen in real time.

Endurica and Coreform are teaming up to showcase a new, streamlined workflow for building analysis-ready tire cross section meshes in Coreform Cubit. In this webinar, we will demonstrate the Coreform Cubit Tire Cross-Section Toolbar, an open-source plugin that helps you go from 2D line geometry to a clean, solver-ready, axi-symmetric mesh with the right groupings, cut lines, and element quality controls.

Watch the tool in the Cubit workspace:

  • convert curves into a surface model
  • assign element groups (sets) for materials and regions
  • apply cut-lines that improve mesh structure and element quality
  • create the mesh (including rebar elements)
  • and automatically clean up poorly shaped triangles

...all before export to Abaqus or other analysis codes.

Tire geometry is notoriously complex, and a real time sink for FEA teams. This tool promises to break the bottleneck.
