The Akron Press Club is pleased to host the two candidates for Ohio’s 13th Congressional District this October.
On Thursday, Oct. 15, Congresswoman Emilia Sykes will speak about her campaign, priorities and vision for the district.
Sykes, a Democrat, has represented Ohio’s 13th Congressional District in the U.S. House since 2023. Before being elected to Congress, she served in the Ohio House of Representatives, including four years in Democratic leadership and three years as House Minority Leader. |
