Something magical is coming to West Des Moines this fall. Designer Purse Bingo is back for another event, bigger than ever, at The Monroe, with more seats, more food, ten rounds of bingo, ten designer purses up for grabs, and a night you will not forget. Our inaugural event sold out in under a week. Do not wait on this one.

This year we are offering four ticket tiers to fit every kind of night out. General admission starts at $65 and includes everything you need for a great evening. For those looking to upgrade, higher tiers unlock perks like reserved seating, early entry, an EyesOpenIowa tee, a complimentary raffle ticket, and more. Select your ticket type at registration to see full details and what is included at each level.

The Prizes:

Every single bingo round winner takes home a designer purse, Coach, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, and Michael Kors caliber. No fillers. No consolation prizes. Ten rounds means ten purses and ten lucky winners walking out with something fabulous. With a maximum of 200 guests and ten purses up for grabs, your odds of winning are roughly 1 in 20, and there are plenty of ways to boost those odds.

We will also be holding raffle drawings throughout the night featuring specialty prizes that go well beyond the bingo round purses, such as luxury travel bags, statement accessories, and curated extras. (Last year's grand prize was a Louis Vuitton duffel bag.) Full prize lineup will be announced as sponsors are confirmed. Raffle tickets are available for purchase all evening, giving you even more chances to win on top of your ten rounds of bingo.

What Every Ticket Includes:

Everything is waiting for you at the door. Your ticket includes two bingo cards per round, ten rounds of bingo, fully catered appetizers, one drink ticket, and a chance to win a designer purse every single round. Higher tier tickets unlock additional perks including reserved seating, early entry, an EyesOpenIowa tee, and a complimentary raffle ticket. See ticket options below for full details.

How Bingo Works:

Each guest receives all ten sets of bingo cards at the door, along with any additional gifts, items, or pre-purchased free space tokens. After each round concludes, move on to your next set of cards. Each participant plays two cards per round. Winners remain eligible to play and win in every subsequent round, so everyone stays in the game all night long.

Raffle tickets are available for purchase throughout the night, $10 each or 3 for $20, for additional chances to win specialty prizes.

Eye of Newt, our free-space add-on, gives you a free space to use on any round of your choosing. Pre-purchase at checkout for $100 or buy between rounds night-of for $125. Free spaces may not be purchased or during a round already in progress. One use per purchase.

Food & Drinks:

Fully catered appetizers are included with your ticket and served throughout the evening. The Monroe's cash bar will be open all night with craft cocktails, mocktails, and more, including our signature Midnight Margaritas. Bar service remains open until 9:00 PM.

Event Flow:

5:00 PM: Early entry for Coven Table and Aunts' Table ticket holders

5:30 PM: General admission doors open, check-in, food and drinks

6:00 PM: Bingo begins (prompt start)

8:00 PM: Bingo concludes

After 8:00 PM: Open social time, bar remains open until 9:00 PM

The Garden Gate | $65

Your entry into the night. As they say, always plant rosemary by your garden gate. Consider this ticket your rosemary. Includes two bingo cards per round across all ten rounds, fully catered appetizers, one drink ticket, and an EyesOpenIowa sticker. General admission seating, first come, first served. Arrive early if sitting with your group matters. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

The Belladonna Bundle |$90

General admission with a little something extra. Everything in The Garden Gate, plus a cute EyesOpenIowa tee featuring one of our Sex Ed designs and one complimentary raffle ticket. (Additional raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event.) General admission seating, first come, first served. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

The Coven Table |$150

Reserved seating for those who plan ahead. Everything in The Belladonna Bundle, plus reserved seating and early entry at 5:00 PM, thirty minutes before general admission doors open. Limited tables available. All guests at your table must purchase The Coven Table or The Aunts' Table ticket to be seated together. Enter your group name at checkout so your table is ready when you arrive.

The Aunts' Table | $200

The most powerful seat in the room. Everything in The Coven Table, plus one Eye of Newt free space, your secret weapon for bingo. Reserved seating, early entry, one drink ticket, tee, sticker, and one complimentary raffle ticket all included. (Additional raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event.) Limited availability. All guests at your table must purchase The Coven Table or The Aunts' Table ticket to be seated together. Enter your group name at checkout so your table is ready when you arrive.

Eye of Newt | Free BINGO Space | Pre-sale: $100 | Night-of: $125

One free space, played on your terms. Drop it on any square, in any round you choose, then race to call bingo first. Pre-purchase at checkout and save, or grab one between rounds night-of while supplies last. Free spaces cannot be purchased or activated during a round already in progress. One use per purchase.

Raffle Tickets | $10 each | 3 for $20 | Available all evening.

Important Notes:

Tickets are limited to 200 guests and this event is expected to sell out. Cash, Venmo, and credit/debit cards are accepted for additional bingo cards, Eye of Newt, raffle tickets, and optional donations night-of. General admission seating is first come, first served. Arriving early is recommended if sitting with your group is a priority. Reserved seating is available exclusively through The Coven Table and The Aunts' Table ticket tiers. All guests wishing to be seated together at a reserved table must purchase one of those two tiers.

Weather & Cancellation Policy

We’ll make every effort to hold this event as planned. However, because it’s Iowa, severe weather may require us to cancel for safety reasons. If weather conditions force a cancellation, tickets are non-refundable and your ticket purchase will be treated as a donation supporting EyesOpenIowa’s work. In that case, ticket holders will receive priority access to a future EyesOpenIowa event. Thank you for understanding, and for supporting our mission, rain, snow, or shine.
