The Role of Religious and Spiritual Practices in Positive Aging of Older Adults

Older adults face complex challenges, including losses and hardships, as they age. There are various factors which can play a role in helping older adults through these difficulties. Religious and spiritual practices used by older adults can have a positive impact in helping them through these challenges and struggles. This presentation will provide information regarding challenges older adults face, and religious and spiritual practices as a protective factor with some of these challenges.
