“The PURGE”


 A BYOP Big Game

For this year's purge our theme is..

Fields at War!

4 heroes from each team will represent a different field from their state!

Illinois Fields (BLUE)

Vs

Michigan Fields (RED)

ALL OTHER STATES/FIELDS (HOSTS)

(PLACE AS NEEDED)

**Any place as needed players will receive a special swag item just for for you as a thanks for helping us host this rivalry.**

We ask that indiana players and players from all other states register place as needed.

This will help us host this sweet rivalry and make sure the action is intense all day long.

Red Looters –

The Hyper Ball Territory 1st half, 

The Speed Ball Territory 2nd half


 Blue Survivors –

The Speed Ball Territory 1st half,

 The Hyper Ball Territory 2nd half


Marking tape or Team Tags to designate team must be worn on the front and back of mask at all times and cannot be removed. *Must have at least 4 inches of ribbon hanging on each piece*


SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

7:30am – Services open

9:30 – Game briefing

10:00 – 1:00 - Section 1

1:00 – 2:00 – Lunch break

2:00 – 5:00 – Section 2

 


The game will consist of 2 main sections where both teams must fight over 1 resource MONEY! on 6 different territories around the field. During this time there will be many grab props **THAT ONLY YOUNG GUNS CAN PICK UP** to earn money scattered around the field and one slapstick in each of the territories to earn points at timed intervals.

Meanwhile while the Purgers fight on..

 Every 30 Minutes a main objective for both teams will be announced over a P.A. system through the entire field at once. To inform all the Purgers what is happening and where the objective is at.


 Field speed/Firing modes:

However, to safe guard players and refs from injury and damaged equipment some lower quality paints ARE restricted and WILL NOT be allowed for this event.

 First strike rounds ARE permitted!!


First strike regulations

·    If your gun is capable of shooting First Strike – you MUST Chrono with them.

·    40ft Minimum engagement distance. Players are encouraged to carry a sidearm with roundball.

·    No First strike rounds allowed inside buildings (40ft med) You can shoot out of the building from inside however no CQB shots allowed.

·    We HIGHLY RECOMEND having a side arm with Roundball in it for close quarters combat!


Young guns

Players age of 16 or under will be marked with LIME GREEN arm band tape on each arm.

These young guns players will be the only players allowed to pick up the “Money” Grab props to bring them to the base.

IF you are within 10 feet of a enemy young gun player, or about to be within 10 feet of a enemy young gun player it is MANDATORY that you offer them a chance to surrender. The young gun player does not have to accept the surrender. BUT it is mandatory to offer them one.


 Young gun players are the future of the sport and having a good attitude with these players now will help ensure they come back to play again and don't get scared away.


Good Sportsmanlike attitude towards the young gun players during this event WILL BE ENFORCED HEAVILY.


 

Section 1 & 2


“Greed”


The game will consist of 2 main sections where both teams must fight over 1 resource MONEY! on 7 different territories around the field. During this time there will be many grab props to earn money scattered around the field and one slapstick in each of the territories to earn points at timed intervals.



Scoring:

Money/ Paint Boxes (Grab Props) 10 points each


Territories:

There will be 6 Territories on field with a Resource stick .


Each Resource Stick is worth 100 points of the designated resource at location – scored every 30 minutes


UPON CAPTURE OF ENEMY BASE FLAG: Team receives 100 points and ALL attacking players in area will be eliminated and must respawn. Each base’s Slap Stick will be “reset” to home base color Every 30 minutes if its not on that color already.


Props must be placed in designated area at each HQ (PROP BOX) and will be scored at the end of each section 


If shot while carrying props, the prop must be dropped and is then free to be picked up by anyone.


Missions:

Insertions for Players will occur at HQ constantly!
