Presentation Overview: Understanding Derivatives Used in Risk Management Strategies

Managing a company’s capital structure can be a daunting task given changing funding needs, repayment projections, and interest rate volatility. Incorporating derivatives into a simplified debt structure can afford borrowers a more dynamic strategy towards managing interest rate risk, while adding flexibility for an optimized repayment schedule.

FEI is pleased to welcome Tom Horrigan, Director of Corporate Sales & Structuring with BMO Capital Markets, for an overview of several popular derivative instruments used in risk management strategies, as well as considerations for use of each hedging tool.

Meeting Agenda:

8:45 am: Registration (light continental breakfast provided)

9:00 am - 10:00 am: Presentation

CPE is available for FEI members. Upon arrival, please sign in AND out at the registration table
