| Rita Rizzo has earned a Master of Science degree in Training and Human Resource Management and has 38 years of experience in offering diversity, professional development, organizational development and leadership courses throughout the US, Canada, and the UK. Rita has offered this workshop over 200 times in the past 2 decades to Head Start, APS, CPS and insurance case managers who visit clients in dangerous and isolated neighborhoods. Rita has also done home visits herself as an APS, CPS and mental health worker and has coached CPS workers while riding with them to their most dangerous and puzzling home visits throughout Ohio. She is also a former nurse who has taught a course entitled “Communicable Diseases” for three decades.
