| What happens when we slow down, drop into our bodies and hearts, and give ourselves permission to play?
We spend so much of our lives thinking, planning, performing, scrolling, making small talk, and trying to figure out how we’re supposed to be. This is an invitation to set some of that down for a few hours.
We might get silly, move our bodies, make eye contact, share something real, experiment with connection in motion, laugh with someone we just met, or discover something unexpected about ourselves. Some moments may be playful and light. Others may invite a little more depth.
Everything is an invitation. You’re always welcome to pass, modify an activity, take a break, or participate in the way that feels right for you.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, your awkwardness, your playfulness, your depth, and whatever else is present.
Let your inner child out to play. Take off some of the masks we wear in everyday life. Have fun, be a little more fully yourself, and leave with a deeper sense of connection and belonging.
🧡 WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll begin with an opening circle and shared agreements before moving into facilitated experiences, which may include:
🧡 Playful connection games 🧡 Mindful and expressive movement 🧡 Partner and small-group activities 🧡 Authentic Relating and heartfelt sharing 🧡 Connection in motion inspired by Contact Improv 🧡 Improv, creativity, and opportunities to be delightfully silly 🧡 Consent-based touch and partner movement
We’ll close with a circle to land together.
Activities will vary from Playshop to Playshop and may shift based on the group and what feels alive in the room.
💜 CONSENT & COMMUNITY
Choice and consent are woven throughout the experience.
Some activities will involve consensual touch, such as holding hands, palm-to-palm contact, or gentle partner movement inspired by Contact Improv. You are always at choice and encouraged to honor your boundaries, communicate clearly, and modify or pass on any particular activity.
Because touch and partner movement are part of the experience, please attend only if you’re comfortable with consensual touch and movement with people of all genders.
