Ken is an accomplished marketing and digital leader with over 25 years of experience. His expertise spans digital marketing, analytics, brand management, and marketing automation, driving significant growth. As the CMO at Chief Outsiders, he consults middle market B2C and B2B clients, focusing on strategy development, team management, and execution for growth. Previously, he spearheaded successful marketing and digital initiatives at Jewelers Mutual, BFS Capital, Farmers Insurance Group, and 21st Century Insurance. Ken's career highlights include award-winning campaigns, substantial brand awareness growth, and profitable business segments.

Jessica Van Den Plas

Jessica has an educational background in organization development and leadership. She has been working in HR for lasts 5 years. Until recently she was the Employee Experience Leader at FyterTech Nonwovens in De Pere, WI, where she helped keep a staffed percentage of over 90% with a turnover rate of less than 7% monthly for a workforce of around 180. She also oversaw the company housing program and helped in developing the internal training program. 

Recently she has taken a job with Salm Partners in Demark, WI, as an HR Manager tasked with similar responsibilities of improving recruiting and retention. 

Michelle Waldinger

Marine Travelift

Michelle is the current HR Director at Marine Travelift & ExacTech in Sturgeon Bay and will celebrate four years with the company in January 2024. She is a department of one with upwards of 170 employees between the two companies and handles anything and everything HR related. She has been working in human resources for over 20 years and most of her HR experience comes from manufacturing with a few years of experience in the construction industry. Over the years, her focus has been making employees feel appreciated and full of worth without costing companies loads of money.
