While board members from all community associations (including condominiums, cooperatives and HOAs) are welcome to register and attend, CEUs will only be available for:

- HOA Board Members: Two (2) CEUs towards your annual requirement
Instructor: Kerstin Henze, Esq. (Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L.) This course will cover the types of meetings held by Homeowners’ Associations such as meetings of the board of directors, membership meetings (including the annual meeting) and special meetings, explaining notice requirements for each type of meeting and member participation rights, member rights to petition for a special meeting, and voting thresholds/timelines for various actions.
Registration/Check-in begins at 8:30am and the program (and Continental breakfast) runs from 9:00am to 10:00am.
