| We are fast approaching the time for our annual ERA Convention on Oct 25 & 26, 2025. This year's convention will be held at Alton Bay Christian Retreat Center in Alton Bay, NH. We hope you plan to attend as our ERA family joins together to celebrate God’s goodness to us this past year, and as we look forward to what He will be doing through us in the coming year.
Because the convention is at the retreat center this year, we are able to offer some lodging. It is limited, so please reserve as soon as you can. When registering you will see options for different packages. The packages are PER PERSON and include lodging and meals. The choices are for 1 night and 3 meals or 2 nights and 4 meals. Rooms are available in the motel, mission cottage, and admin building. These will be assigned to you. Please email us with any special needs you may have. All rooms are double occupancy so you will need to indicate who you are rooming with (spouse, friend, etc). Otherwise, you will be assigned a roommate. The only exception is for those men choosing to stay in the minister's retreat.
If you do not wish to lodge at the retreat center or it is full, there will be a block of rooms reserved at the Fireside Inn in Gilford, NH for $136 per night. We do not currently have a link for this price but will in the near future. But you may call (603-293-7526) and tell them your dates and that you are there for the Eastern Regional Assoc. Convention and they will give you the reduced rate. They have a grab and go breakfast, so you can choose to include breakfast or not in the meals you purchase at registration. If you are not staying at the retreat center but need meals, you will need to choose the meals you desire at registration. Scroll past the lodging and meal packages and you will find individual meals to choose from. Please select one for each person you are registering.
Students may receive free registration by using the code "STUDENT" on the first page where you select registration and meal/lodging packages. Retired pastors may also receive free registration by using the code "RETIRED".
