Peace Health Case Management Resource Fair, May 26th, set up 10:30

Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, and Discharge Planning support staff. Hospital staff is able to gather resource information and meet with local providers.

Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low-income patients in need.

You will provide individual box lunches and beverages for the case managers. You will not pay for a table, but only the cost of providing the lunches from a third party commercial licensed kitchen.
