| All participants must complete a Hold Harmless Agreement Form prior to being allowed to participate.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your reservation and is due at the point of registration.
Payments can be made via Zelle or CashApp (see payment methods below). Zelle - paying_it_forward_rs@aol.com CashApp - $PreloadingBoss Once full payment and a completed Hold Harmless Agreement form are received, you will receive a “PAID IN FULL” invoice as well as a reservation number. Final payment must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. If payment is not received by this date, your reservation spot on the list will be given to a Preloader on the reserve list.
