2026 Black Bass World Championship

The world is coming to Hot Springs and we need the heart of Arkansas to help welcome them.

USAngling is calling on dedicated, community‑minded volunteers to help deliver an unforgettable 2026 Black Bass World Championship on Lake Hamilton. With 20 nations, 150 elite competitors, and a full week of ceremonies, practices, and competition, this event depends on people who love the outdoors, love the sport, and love showing off our Southern hospitality.

Whether you’re an experienced boater, a passionate angler, or someone who simply enjoys being part of something big, your time and energy will directly shape the experience for athletes from around the globe.

Boat Captain Volunteers We Need MORE boat owners

Support two international anglers each day on Lake Hamilton. You’ll be part of the action from practice through competition, helping teams navigate one of America’s premier bass fisheries. A driver of his own boat, assigned to the same two anglers for six consecutive days of the World Championship, taking them safely to their requested fishing locations on Lake Hamilton.
