SEE Auditor: Instructor and Coaching is designed to prepare candidates to conduct SEE Audits on instructors and coaches at supervised swimming pools and waterfronts. Participants learn the roles and responsibilities of SEE Auditors and facilities, the value of SEE Audits, the SEE Audit process, scanning and safety supervision inhibitors/enhancers. SEE Auditors gain the skills to provide tools and suggestions to supervisors/managers to support congoing development of instructional teams.
Prerequisites: Lifesaving Society Instructor or Coach certification held for a minimum of 2 years |
