Meditation - calming emotions and strengthening the mind Breathwork - recharging the nervous system, improving vitality Gentle movement - understanding the body-mind connection Sound - vibrational effects on well being Positive psychology - building resilience and optimism Circadian rhythm, time management and other lifestyle considerations
Yoga mats are not needed. All exercises will be gentle and done sitting or standing in place. Session will be a mix of information, reflection/discussion and practice. Please join the PL committee and presenter Asha Mohindra for this exciting workshop.
