The legal industry has made strides in recent years to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, but the numbers show there is still work to be done. While over a quarter of associate attorneys are people of color, only a portion of that number makes it to partnership eligibility. This means that there are still roadblocks preventing diverse attorneys from reaching the upper echelons of their firms.

Join us for an eye-opening discussion that will explore the logistical and hidden roadblocks that diverse attorneys face on their path to partnership. From implicit bias and lack of mentorship to all of the elephants in the room, our panel of experienced attorneys will discuss the impact of these roadblocks on their own careers, what strategies can be used to overcome them, and the effect this lack of diversity has on legal accessibility.

This event has been approved for 1 General Credit and 1 EDI Credit. Affidavit will be sent to attendees following the event.
