| This series includes 7 e-modules of content and 11 cohort coaching calls. It is an opportunity for staff of Massachusetts programs to learn and apply this knowledge together while gaining support from peers, MHSA and a Pyramid Model trainer. Participants will complete 7 weekly e-modules of content independently, with the opportunity to participate in weekly Friday coaching calls to process, troubleshoot and discuss the learning.
Programs are encouraged to register teams of educators and supervisors to learn and implement these strategies together. Participation in coaching calls is not mandatory. Programs are welcome to send 3-5 representatives to calls on behalf of participating staff. Upon completion of the modules, there will be 3 additional 1-hour follow up calls in the months of April and May to support PTR-YC implementation.
MHSA will issue certificates of participation for those attending cohort calls. Registrants that require certificates of completion for e-modules and/or want to login on a personal computer will require an individual license. 5 licenses are included with program registration. |
