Day of Action is a United Way event that takes place globally on or around June 21st every year. We love to participate on this incredible day as we aim to make change in our communities and provide local support for those in need.

What we’re doing:

We’ve created three ways to get involved.

  • Donate directly to United Way
  • Set up a collection box
  • Help us sort our donations and pack kits for distribution ON Day of Action, June 21!

Our goal is to create two different types of supply kits to support the needs of individuals and families in unique, creative ways. UWCFA will create Birthday Kits and Basic Essentials kits.

Distribution of the kits will be managed through our non-profit partners and through the UWCFA office.

Join us in a fun and uplifting opportunity that will positively impact the lives of our community members who need us most. Every step from crisis to stability, no matter how small, is a step toward our vision of a united community where everyone is healthy, safe, and prosperous.
