| September 23, 2025 12:00- 1:00 PM MST Colorado best practices for serving kids and adolescents with neurodiversity ACCESS RECORDING HERE We've come a long way recognizing individuals with neurodiversity challenges that also have mental health issues. Not so long ago they were unable to find many services and supports, and were an enigma to most providers. Fortunately, we've come to recognize ways to support them through depression, anxiety, and traumatic events. Setting aside the false dichotomy that behavior supports and mental health supports are somehow fundamentally different, this presentation will shared resources, community supports, and mental health treatment options, and a sense of hope.
Objectives: Become better able to identify conditions like intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder among children and adolescents.
