| It's the season of giving! We held a 50/50 raffle during our annual Holiday Reception Dec. 4 with proceeds going toward Pro Deo Youth Center — an organization that pours into the youth in our community through impactful afterschool programming.
Due to the generosity of our members we were able to raise a record-breaking amount—$1,410!

She took home a Pro Deo Youth Center sweatshirt, a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and opted to donate a portion of her proceeds back to Pro Deo Youth Center.

Chamber Young Professionals Volunteer Project |
| A key component of our Chamber Young Professionals program is community service. Each year, our CYPs and their respective organizations donate a large chunk of time giving back to our community.
This Thursday they took part in Pro Deo Youth Center's annual Gift Wrapping Day to support families during the holidays. Generous donors (many from the Chamber's Angel Tree program) donated the gifts and our CYPs helped wrap and load them into recipients' vehicles during pick up.
They also stuck around to ensure the space was clean and all items were put away at the conclusion of the event.
Thanks to our CYPs and many other volunteers who pitched in this year, a total of 24 families (94 individuals) will have beautifully wrapped presents under the tree. How special!
Thank you, Chamber Young Professionals, for pouring into the Lee's Summit community!
