ACCEPTANCE INTO EXHIBIT All artwork accepted into the exhibit is subject to approval by the Gallery Directors. All displayed artwork must be listed for sale. Artists will need to submit the following:
- Your Name
- Contact Info (Email & Phone)
- Title of artwork
- Materials used
- Price
- Image (1200px on the long side)
IMAGE LABELING Each submitted image of art must be labeled in the following format: Artist Name_Title of piece.jpg
FEES: $30 for up to 6 pieces Payment must be made at the time of entry using the online entry form.
DELIVERY OF ARTWORK Walk-in Deliveries: Drop off day is May 28, 2025, 10 am to 2 pm Gallery address (walk-in deliveries ONLY) 3851 S. Bear St, Suite B-15, Santa Ana, CA 92704
Shipped Deliveries: must be received by MAY 28, 2025 Shipping address MASSC c/o Corliss Rose 360 E. 1st St. #605 Tustin CA 92780 (all shipped work must include a prepaid return shipping label)
REPRODUCTION OF ARTWORK IMAGES Any artwork entered in this show designates the artist's consent that OCFA may use the entered artwork for promotional purposes.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY By entering the exhibit through OCFA, the Artist acknowledges that OCFA will take all reasonable care to safeguard their images and Artist accepts that OCFA, its agents, associates, directors, officers, volunteers will not be responsible for any damage, injury, liability, loss, or theft, should any occur. Insurance for art entered in this show is the responsibility of the artist. By entering, Artist agrees to all terms described in this contract.
SALES, SALES TAX, COMMISSIONS, SHIPPING Artists Will Retain 75% of the sale price of any artwork sold during this show. Showcase Gallery will collect a 25% commission on all art sales during the show. All sales will be handled directly between the buyer and Showcase Gallery. Sales tax will be collected on each art sale by Showcase Gallery. Showcase Gallery will issue payment to the Artist for any sales.
