Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Broker

Our new hire will work directly with a senior broker in a highly cooperative environment. Our most important standard is to hire someone hardworking, trustworthy, and with good character. We can provide assistance for the new hire to receive their real estate license. Below is a brief description of the job position.

Summary:

Broker to generate new business for our company and nurture the existing broker/client relationships. Broker will work as part of a team to represent tenants, buyers, landlords, and sellers of commercial real estate. Ideal candidate will be proactive, able to manage their own schedule, and have professional work experience. Proficiency in MS Office and general knowledge of and comfort with using a computer are also required.

Requirements:

• Professional work experience
• A generally positive attitude and good reputation
• Proven ability to initiate, establish and maintain relationships over the phone and face-to-face
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Candidates must be eligible to hold an Indiana and Illinois Real Estate License
