INCLUSION ASSISTANT: Job Summary The Inclusion Assistant for Inclusion Cayman plays an essential role in advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Inclusion Assistants advocate for individuals, allowing them the opportunities for meaningfully participation in community settings (preschools, schools, recreational and other community programs, and the workplace).
Experience/Education:
- Associates’ or Bachelors’ Degree in a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in teaching, assistant teaching, coaching or HR Administration a plus
- 2 – 3 years’ experience successfully working in settings requiring collaborative relationships
- Prior experience with creating and delivering presentations a plus
- Willingness to provide support to individuals
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in documenting interactions and utilizing relevant software
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced training related to the specified responsibilities
- Prior experience in teaching, coaching or human resources a plus
- 3+ years’ experience successfully working in settings requiring collaborative relationships
- Prior experience with creating and delivering presentations a plus
- Willingness to provide support to individuals
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in documenting interactions and utilizing relevant software
- Experienced in Microsoft (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & other software applications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid Certified, Child Safeguarding Certification

INCLUSION COORDINATOR: Job Summary The Inclusion Coordinator is a member of Inclusion Caymans Management team supporting the inclusive vision and mission. In that role, the Inclusion Coordinator is responsible for coordinating advocacy and support for individuals with disabilities and their families. The Coordinator organizes the Facilitators and Assistants to attain their inclusive vision in educational, employment, and community settings.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced training related to the specified responsibilities
- Degree in teaching, coaching, or Human Resources preferred
- 5+ years’ experience successfully working in settings requiring collaborative relationships
- Prior experience with creating and delivering presentations a plus
- 2+ years experience in managing a team of 5 or more with proven successes
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in documenting interactions and utilizing relevant software
- Experienced in Microsoft (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) & other software applications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid Certified, Child Safeguarding Certification
