In addition, we’re excited to offer new monthly drop-in meetings—informal sessions designed to give providers a space to ask questions and discuss ongoing changes in real time. Our Quarterly Office Hours are interactive sessions designed to support behavioral health (BH) providers with the latest updates, tools, and guidance. Each session features subject matter experts who provide insights on HCPF billing guidance, claims processes, audit tools and resources, and training opportunities. These meetings also offer a valuable opportunity for providers to ask questions, share feedback, and get real-time answers on topics that impact their day-to-day work. Our Monthly Drop-In Meetings are informal, open sessions created to help behavioral health providers stay current with the evolving landscape of ACC 3.0. These meetings offer a flexible space to discuss new program changes, explore emerging benefits like the Colorado System of Care and review other updates and initiatives as directed by HCPF. Unlike our more structured quarterly office hours, these drop-ins are designed to be conversational and responsive—giving providers a chance to ask questions, share experiences, and get clarification in real time. Whether you're looking for quick updates or deeper discussion, these sessions are a great way to stay connected and informed.
