His dedication to his customers has helped him achieve remarkable sales success, such as closing a $100K pipe order within his first few months in the industry. He was able to overcome a difficult situation with a standoffish customer by maintaining a congenial disposition, and through patience and perseverance was able to regain the account. Michael provides exceptional service by suggesting cost-effective alternatives to customers' material lists, without compromising the quality of the system they wish to build.
