Tammy | 36 years

Tammy has been at the heart of HFS, always stepping in wherever she’s needed with one focus at the center of it all: our members. Through every role & every chapter of her journey, she has continued to lead with care, flexibility, and a strong commitment to service. Her members-first mindset is a reflection of the people who help make HFS what it is today.

Brenda | 32 years

Brenda’s journey at HFS is defined by her strong relationships and dedication to others. As Regional Branch Manager for West Hawaiʻi, she focuses on mentoring staff and making member-focused decisions that foster team growth and uphold our core values. Her leadership embodies the legacy of HFS—Where Caring Counts.

Melanie | 23 years

For 23 years, Melanie has been part of the heart of HFS —growing in her career while keeping one focus at the center of it all: our members. Now serving as Senior Loan Officer, she reflects on the legacies poured into her over the years and how she carries those lessons forward every day. With a members-first mindset guiding her work, Melanie continues to shape her career around care, trust, and service.

Jase | 28 years

For nearly three decades, Jase has been at the heart of HFS—learning, growing, and leading with our members in mind every step of the way. Now serving as Executive Vice President, his journey reflects what it truly means to grow with purpose and serve with intention. Taught early on to do whatever is needed for our members and our credit union, Jase has helped shape our culture by leading with heart, stepping in wherever needed, and always putting members first—building the kind of lasting relationships that keep our promise that caring counts.

Winnie | 37 years

For over 35 years, Winnie has worn many hats at HFS —growing, learning, and serving our members along the way. Today, she brings her heart and talent to our Marketing team, and her dedication is a big part of why generations of families trust HFS as their financial home.
