| CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited and intimate nature of this retreat, all registrations include a non-refundable Enrollment Commitment Fee of $325.00. This fee is the same regardless of which payment plan you choose, and it represents your confirmed, held spot in the retreat.
Refund Schedule 120 days or more before the retreat: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus the $325 non-refundable Enrollment Commitment Fee. 60–119 days before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of all payments made to date, excluding the $325 Enrollment Commitment Fee. Fewer than 60 days before the retreat: No refund will be issued. All payments made are non-refundable, and any remaining balance on a payment plan remains due. Spot Transfers You may transfer your confirmed spot to another participant with prior written approval. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to arrange a transfer. Transfers are subject to our review and must be finalized no later than [14–30] days before the retreat. Note: The incoming participant must meet any participation requirements. The Enrollment Commitment Fee is non-refundable regardless of a transfer. Future Retreat Credit In certain extenuating circumstances, a credit toward a future retreat may be offered at our sole discretion. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Payment Plans This retreat is available as a single payment (pay in full), two monthly payments, or three monthly payments. The refund schedule above is based on the date your cancellation request is received relative to the retreat, not on the number of payments you have completed. If you cancel during the no-refund period (within 60 days of the retreat), any remaining payments on your plan are still owed in full. How to Cancel All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to tchaplin@livingingratitudewtlc.com. Your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written acknowledgment from us. The date your written request is received determines your refund eligibility. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. |
