Join us Tuesday, June 11th at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord for a day of actionable, innovative, and engaging educational sessions related to juvenile justice, youth and family, health and wellness, and community relationships. 

 

The objectives of the Summit are:

  • Showcase educational opportunities that inform current trends, including, but not limited to, trauma, youth mental health and substance use, with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Create opportunities for workforce collaboration, networking and relationship building.
  • Encourage positive and meaningful youth and family relationships and engagement.
  • Educate attendees of the juvenile justice landscape in New Hampshire.

2024 marks 30 years since the NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network became an officially recognized nonprofit organization.


Celebrate with us as we reflect throughout the day on the past 30 years through pictures, videos, and stories from past board members.


This year's Summit features

  • Engaging keynote presenters
  • Panels of community members and volunteers from diversion programs sharing their experiences
  • 15 breakout sessions on a variety of topics
  • Visit with Gadget, the Community Relations Dog for the Newmarket Police Department
  • Activities celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the NH Juvenile Court Diversion Network's designation as a nonprofit organization
  • Time for networking, exhibits and resources tables
  • Refreshments through the day and lunch
  • Continuing education credits for LICSW, LADC/MLADC, CRSW, and CPS


Registration fee $45

Pre-registration is required before June 4th

  • Public Health and Prevention Professionals
