Business Lender Virtual Roundtable

Join South Central Kansas Economic Development District (SCKEDD) and the Small Business Development Center for a virtual roundtable designed for South Central Kansas lenders. Learn about alternative financing options, technical assistance, and other resources available when a traditional business loan isn’t the right fit.

Our goal is to help lenders know where to turn when they can’t finance a project, so a “no” from the bank doesn’t have to be a dead end for the entrepreneur. We’ll share how SCKEDD and SBDC can serve as resources and referral partners to help businesses move forward.

Business Lender Virtual Roundtable #2 - SBA 504 Loan Program

Join SCKEDD and the SBA for a virtual roundtable for lenders. This webinar will focus on SBA 504 financing and how it can help make larger business projects possible; including commercial real estate purchases, construction, renovations, and equipment investments.

Our goal is to help lenders better understand when SBA 504 may be a good fit and how SCKEDD can partner with them to structure financing for projects that may be too large or challenging for conventional financing alone. We’ll discuss the process and how lenders can create a path to larger projects for their business customers.
