This FREE 2-hour Fair Housing course is required for all Oregon real estate license renewals starting January 1st, 2026.

Focuses on the following fair housing topics:

Chapter 1: Historical and Social Context of Fair Housing Laws

Chapter 2: Implicit Bias and Disparate Impact

Chapter 3: Fair Housing Law

Chapter 4: Workplace Harassment

After completing all reading and activities in this course, and complying with OREA seat time mandates, students will receive a course completion certificate.
