Your Safety is our Priority The health and well-being of our attendees at the 2022 Annual Convention & Awards Banquet are of utmost importance. OPhA is taking necessary measures to keep all attendees and guests healthy by ensuring all meeting areas are sanitized and meet state and country guidelines for health & safety. Facial coverings are not required but are welcomed for all meeting attendees. In addition, the meeting room seating capacity will be adjusted to allow for social distancing. Consent To Use Photographic Images Website Registration and attendance at our participation in OPhA meetings and other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to OPhA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registration or attendee's image.
Convention Registration Cancellation Policy All Annual Convention cancellations must be sent to OPhA in writing. Cancellations received by 4 p.m. on July 31, 2022, will be assessed a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made after July 31, 2022, no shows, or changes made onsite to registration will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
