Heartwood specializes in amazing healthy food including vegan, gluten and sugar free foods. They have hot teas, fruit, nut butters anytime at the Heartwood kitchen. Enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, lounge area, fire pit, and balconies that overlook the woodlands. Fully stocked toiletries, towels, linens and wifi.

Guests will have the opportunity to book separate services such as private yoga sessions, trauma release sessions, massage and reiki sessions. You will be contacted 3-4 weeks before the retreat to schedule your sessions. All sessions can be scheduled only Friday and Saturday between 11 am - 2:30 pm or Sunday between 1 pm -5 pm. You will also be attending 1 healing session (included in your ticket) with Melana either on Friday or Saturday from 11-2:30. Susan offers an optional Soul Reading Session (included in ticket) |
