This is a live document that we will update as the process continues. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please reach out to Austin Cerwin Gracia at [email protected] and he will include the question and answer on this page.

Have other organizations also decided to switch to Salesforce?

Yes! In fact, every core partner of the AACN, including the City of San Antonio, United Way of San Antonio, Autism Lifeline Links, ConnectAbility at Warm Springs, has decided to join us in our move from Signify to Salesforce.

What is the name of the platform?

The name of the shared platform of AACN, City of San Antonio, United Way, Autism Lifeline Links, and ConnectAbility is SYNC - Supporting Your Needs in the Community!

When will the transition take place?

Our Go-Live date is December 18th! Our implementation team has been working tirelessly to create SYNC and we are inching closer each week. As of November 2nd, our next step is User Acceptance Testing where we will have end users test out the SYNC to ensure it works as intended and provide feedback to improve it.

Does this mean that we will no longer have access to Signify?

Yes. Signify has decided to close this line of business starting on January 1st, 2024, and we will no longer be able to access the platform.

Will we be able to keep our data from the referrals we have sent over the years?

Yes! All referral, needs, and assessment data will be transferred to Salesforce.

Will we have to gain authorization for clients who have already signed up?

We plan to transfer authorizations along with the other data. We will keep you posted if anything changes.

How will the workflow change from how it currently is?

While a lot is still up in the air and the design process will take some time, we will try to keep the workflow as seamless and efficient as it currently is in Signify. In addition, we will be implementing some new features that you and your team will find useful. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please let us know!

Will my team need to be trained again?

Yes, every user who needs access to the new system will be trained. Training will take place in the first few weeks of December.

What happens in 2024?

The AACN team will continue to work with our end users to ensure they have all the tools and training they need. We will do this by hosting office hours, site tours at partner organizations, and other engaging activities.
