On each side of your body, there are 26 areas about the size of your palm. These areas are called Safety Energy Locks (SEL). They are like circuit breakers that trip when your body is stressed and they lock up causing pain and discomfort. Finding relief mentally, physically and emotionally is as simple as holding these different energy centers.

This practice is called Jin Shin Jyutsu

 Hi, I’m Suzanne. I’ve been teaching yoga for 13 years and Jin Shin Jyutsu self help for eight years. I was introduced to Jin Shin Jyutsu in 2008 at a very difficult time in my life. Jin Shin Jyutsu became a life saver in helping me ease my anxiety, allergies, shoulder discomfort, and more.

In this four-week course, you’ll learn all 26 safety energy locks and how they support you emotioanally, physically and spiritually as well as the corresponding number, and what this number/safety energy lock came into the universe meaning.


By the end of the month, you'll have the confidence to know which holds to use to help yourself and your family.


We’ll meet live via zoom twice a week for thirty-forty minutes each. On Wednesdays at 4 p.m (EST) and Saturday mornings at 10 a.m (EST)

  • What if I can't attend live?

All the workshops will be recorded and sent to you within 24 hours.


  • Can't I just find all of this on YouTube?

Possibly, but you won't get my instruction, the way I teach or have the chance to ask questions. You also won't get the invaluable handouts, community or workbook.


  • Why you?

Not only am I certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, I'm also a yoga instructor and a meditation coach. I'll be teaching breathwork along with guided meditations. I've been teaching Jin Shin Jyutsu guided meditations weekly for four years.
