The winery is expanding and seeking a Bartender/Server for our Fine Dining Resturant Wednesday - Sunday, 25-30 hours per week. Server's Wages + tips, gratuities and commissions.

Job Description: Casa Rondeña Winery is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bartenders/Servers to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our members in our newly opened Animante de Rondeña.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our members and their guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish. - Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our wine selections. - Serve wine, cocktails, and other beverages in accordance with the winery’s standards and local regulations. - Assist with food service, ensuring timely and precise delivery of orders. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas. - Handle transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy. - Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and dining areas before and after service. - Participate in training sessions and stay updated on our wine offerings and special events. - Uphold the winery’s high standards of service and hospitality.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender or server in a high-end restaurant, bar, or winery. - Strong knowledge of wine and beverage service. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
