EMAIL SAMPLE:

Dear [Senator or Representative] [Your Legislator’s Name],

I would like you to vote YES on three education bills.

The first is HB66, the “School Profile Bill," to create a “one-stop shop” of educational information for each DE school that parents can use.

The second bill is HB192, the “Single Digit Proficiency Bill,” which focuses on the worst-performing schools in DE. It proposes the development of plans to raise student performance

levels.

The third bill is the “Education Right to Know Act.” We would like to see a redraft of this bill to

include significant information that parents are entitled to know.

Thank you for your time and attention to these very important educational matters that impact

my child, my neighborhood, and my community.

Respectfully,
