Throughout time and across all cultures dance has always been an important and fundamental form of communication. Dance creates a connection beyond language and beyond words.

Dance is a way to preserve and transmit cultural traditions and stories. It’s a way to make a connection with one another in body, heart, mind and spirit. Through gesture and ritual, dance is an expression of community and social bonding.

Dance serves to reinforce shared experiences, tell important narratives, and reflect societal values, making it a powerful and universal aspect of the human experience. 

Here is the special dance sequence you can include in your dance video, created by an international group of volunteers, artists, dancers and choreographers who came together representing 6 of Earth's 7 continents. The group chose Sasha Soreff an acclaimed choreographer and dance teacher to lead the choreography team and teach the co-created dance to all of us in this video.
