This is a clinical therapy group for pregnant, postpartum military-connected mothers, as well as mothers with children under the age of two.

• 8-week perinatal wellness and support group meeting on Tuesdays at 12 p.m.

The Cohen Clinic at Endeavors is now recruiting military-connected moms for a program designed to support your mental health and a stronger parent–child bond. If you’re interested in participating in Parenting STAIR (PSTAIR), please contact the Cohen Clinic to see if you may be a good fit for the program. Participants may receive up to $165 in Amazon gift cards.



Eligibility:

• Military-connected mom (service member, veteran, or spouse)
• Parenting a child ages 2–10
• Able to participate in English
• History of trauma or significant stress
• Available for 12–16 weekly sessions

Life Skills 101: a 13-week DBT skills group focusing on mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. Inform your clinician if you're interested in this group.
