We are grateful for your hard work, service and sacrifice! We recognize the importance of replenishing your own energy and focus, especially when you are giving so much to others on a daily basis.


To help you take care of yourself, we are offering you 3 months of virtual wellness classes totally free. These classes include Yoga, Chi Gong, and Meditation. All classes are done live, on your own device via the Mindbody Live App, and in the comfort of your own home. Beginners are welcome!


Can't make the scheduled classes? We know your schedules can be crazy and unpredictable, so we have made it as easy as possible:



  • If you register for a virtual class, you will also receive a link to the recording of the class within a few hours of the class ending.

Wednesday

  • 8:45am - 10am: Hatha Yoga All Levels w/Gena
  • 10:30am-11:45am: Gentle Yoga w/ Kat*
  • 6pm - 7:15pm: Yin/Restorative w/Cheryl
  • 7pm - 8:15pm: Introduction to Meditation w/Uddhava* (In-person only, but open to Help for Heroes members)

  • 6pm - 7:15pm: Hatha Yoga All Levels w/Elise
  • 8pm - 8:45pm: Kirtan Meditation with Lotus Garden & Friends on Facebook Live (FREE)


Friday

  • 8:45am-10am: Hatha Yoga All Levels w/Harsha
  • 6pm - 7pm: Free Yoga Fridays (rotating teachers, see sign up page)


Saturday

  • 9am- 10:15am: Hatha Yoga All Levels w/Cheryl*
  • 11am- 12:15pm: Chi Gong*
  • 11am - 12:15pm: Introduction to Meditation (In-person only, but open to Help for Heroes members)*
