Hi, I'm Dr. Val. Naturopath and Wholesome Food Enthusiast

My desire is to merge my background in Naturopathy to work with clients that have both mind and body challenges. Proper nutrition plays a vital role in every process in the body. What people choose to eat directly impacts how they think, feel and function.

In 2024 I launched our First 28 Day Low Sugar Challenge.

This year I want to kick off Spring Season with our 2026 Clean Eating/Detox Challenge.
