Fall Investment Sales Intern (Paid, 20 hrs/week)

Latitude Commercial — voted Northwest Indiana's Best Commercial Real Estate Company for six years running — is looking for a Fall Intern to join our Investment Sales team in Crown Point, IN. If you're a college senior curious about investments, financial markets, and how AI tools are changing the way deals get done, this internship is built for you.

You'll work alongside experienced brokers on real transactions — helping research deals, analyze investment opportunities, and use AI tools to move faster and smarter than the competition.

Responsibilities:

• Dig into real market data using tools like CoStar, Crexi, and LoopNet
• Help build Broker Opinions of Value, investment proposals, and offering memorandums
• Put AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and more) to work speeding up research and drafting
• Get a front-row seat to how commercial investment sales happen, from first call to closing
• Sit in on client meetings, property tours, and industry events
• Wrap up the semester with a capstone project showcasing what you built and learned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus
• A current college senior studying Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing
• Genuinely interested in investments and financial markets
• Comfortable with, and excited about, using AI tools for research and analysis
• Organized, professional, and ready to learn by doing

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
• Schedule built around your class schedule this fall
