Lowell in winters past

The buildings on Cheever Street and the street itself no longer exist, as a result of "Urban Renewal" in the mid-1960s. Cheever Street was in the heart of Little Canada, running along the northeast side of the Northern Canal, from Cabot Street to Pawtucket Street.
