Peace Energy Cooperative is excited to announce the opportunity to join the Board of Directors at Peace Energy Cooperative (PEC). As we enter the next phase of funding and constructing the Peace River Energy Project (PREP), we are seeking dedicated members with financial and organizational experience to help guide our cooperative to success. About the Role
Time Commitment:
- 1 Board meeting per month
- 1-3 committee meetings per month
- Regular communication with the Board and Staff
Term Lengths:
- Two positions with 3-year terms
- One position with a 1-year term
This is a volunteer role where your expertise can make a significant impact. Desired Qualifications
- Financial Expertise: Strong background in finance to help oversee our fiscal health.
- Organizational Experience: Skills in management, operations, or organizational development.
