| “40 FOR 40” CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF ARIZONA CAMP SUNRISE Arizona Camp Sunrise will host its 40th year of camp in July, 2024. To celebrate and ensure that we continue its traditions, the Southwest Kids Cancer Foundation is holding an annual campaign to raise money and increase awareness of this program.
How it works: Raffle is open to Arizona residents only and must be 21 years or older to participate.
- The SWKCF “40 for 40 Raffle” is considered social gambling- no player enjoys an advantage over any other player in the raffle under the rules of the game.
- The raffle is open to Arizona residents only and must be 21 years or older to participate.
- Every month starting January 1st, 2024, a new, month-long raffle will kick off, ending on December 31st, 2024. Each month will showcase a different and exciting prize.
- The monthly raffle will run from noon on the first of each month, and end at noon on the last of each month. The Winner from the prior month's raffle will be announced at noon on the 1st day of the next month (i.e. January drawing will end at noon on 1/31/24 and the winner will be announced at noon on 2/1/24). Drawing will be video recorded for transparency and accuracy.
- Each ticket is $40. No more than 5 tickets per month can be purchased by a single person (any additional purchases above the 5 for the month will not be included in the drawing).
- To encourage fair odds, no more than 225 total tickets will be sold for each monthly raffle.
- Tickets do not carryover from month to month. They are only good for the raffle item(s) from the month they were purchased in. Participants must purchase a new ticket(s) to enter the next month’s raffle.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a raffle ticket. Note that some prizes might require a minimum age above 21 years in order to be redeemed. SWKCF is not responsible if Winner is unable to redeem prize.
- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Failure to provide correct information may result in a loss of prize. SWKCF is not responsible for winners who do not provide correct information, who do not collect their prize and/or who fail to redeem the prize by the expiration date.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for monetary value by SWKCF.
- The purchase of raffle tickets is not tax deductible. SWKCF will not provide donation receipts for tax purposes for raffle ticket purchases.
- SWKCF reserves the right to update and modify the rules and restrictions of the “40 For 40” campaign as necessary.
