| Greetings Church Family,
If you have been feeling overwhelmed lately by life’s circumstances, I would like to remind you of a few promises. The Bible is full of the promises of God. I would encourage you to search them out, write them down, stand on them, and use them against the enemy to let him know he has no dominion over us. We are the children of the Most High God!
Heb 13:5 — I will never leave you nor forsake you.
Is 41:10 — Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
Jer 29:11 — For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
Rm 8:37 — In all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.
Rm 8:28 — God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him and to those who are called according to His purpose.
These are promises and words of assurance that you can count on.
They are given to us by the King of Kings.
The One who is all-knowing, all-powerful, present everywhere, loving us beyond our imagination.
The One who created the universe by the power of His spoken word.
The One who is our Saviour, our healer, our provider, our comforter, our protector.
He can be trusted to keep His promises.
He has our back, He guides our steps. He makes our path straight and does not let us stray to the right or to the left. We do not need to be worried, anxious, or afraid.
We are in the palm of His hand. We are in a safe place.
Ps 91:1, 4 — He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. V4 — He will cover you with His wings, and under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness will protect and defend you.
Blessings,
