| The M-Body training introduces mindfulness, the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness and curiosity. Based on the gold-standard Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, M-Body is designed for busy adults, offering a streamlined format with brief, accessible practices. Participants engage in guided practices, reflective discussions, and receive home suggestions to support their journey.
