| 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Submitting a website form to Shepherd’s Finance, LLC is necessary to enter. To be eligible for the Shepherd’s offer, fill out the required information on the website form. One entry of the website form per Company.
2. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER COMPANY. The website form must be completed and submitted on the Shepherd’s Finance website. Companies owned by people who have never owned an entity which has closed a loan with Shepherd’s Finance are eligible. 3. TIME PERIOD. This offer is valid for 90 days after the website form is submitted, Shepherd’s Finance assumes no responsibility for lost data, mutilated, late, or misdirected entries.
4. OFFER. The cash value of the offer is based on the specific loan amount and loan fee for the applicant’s first loan with Shepherd’s Finance. All offers will be awarded upon closing of applicants first loan.
5. ELIGIBILITY. The offer is open to only legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and its territories, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Users will not receive more than one offer. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local laws. Shepherd’s Finance employees and their immediate families of Shepherd’s Finance and its affiliates (agencies, cooperating advertisers, etc.) are ineligible. Each company, if asked, must execute an affidavit that the company has complied with all the rules and that company consents that Shepherd’s Finance and anyone else it may authorize may use the company’s name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the offer without compensation for purposes of advertising and promotion.
The offer is subject to verification by Shepherd’s Finance, whose decisions are final and binding. Any offer that occurs without verification for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Shepherd’s Finance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the offer should unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Shepherd’s Finance reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the offer. Shepherd’s Finance reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this offer or to be acting in violation of these official rules or those of any other Shepherd’s Finance, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of this offer may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Shepherd’s Finance and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Shepherd’s Finance’ failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
7. DATA COLLECTION. Sponsors and promoters collect personal information from you when you enter the promotion. The information collected is subject to the Shepherd’s Finance Privacy Policy.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The user expressly understands and agrees that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, incidental, special, exempt or otherwise) resulting from any use of, or inability to use, the offer.
